Understand users: persona (problems, goals) (research skills) 4. The process of ux problem solving 5. How many design options you considered 6. Your rationale behind the design options, especially the rationale behind the solution you decided to select 7. How you managed the expectations of users, business and developers 8. Your prototyping and UI skills. If it's a strict UX position, the recruiter may not look for your Visual design skills. 9. How you tested the design. 10. How you iterated the design. 11. The business impact of your design. 12. What did you learn from the project 13. What you could have done if you had more time. Hope these points help.
